Chamomile, a member of the Daisy family, is one of the most widely used medicinal herbs. As a tea it’s well-known for its soothing properties that help calm anxiety and give you a peaceful night’s sleep. What’s not as widely known is that Chamomile is widely used in skin-care products. It’s known to reduce irritation, with flavonoids that work deep in the skin to reduce inflammation and leave skin feeling calm and comforted.
